-When will you process my order?
In most cases we ship within 3-7 days after your purchase (this is the production time).
-Where are you based? Where is it shipped from?
Defirefly is based in Bellevue, WA and we also have branch in Hong Kong, Singapore.
USA orders primarily ship out from fulfillment centers in the Bellevue, WA. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
International orders from our production lines directly.

-How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Our products are made with care and are often in high demand. Please allow 8-12 days for delivery to the USA. For most other countries, please allow 10-20 days for delivery.
-How can I track my order?
You can track your parcel via the email we sent you. If you did not receive a Shipping Confirmation yet, your order is still in processing and should be fulfilled in no more than one week.
-What’s the difference between 24, 36 and 42 colors?
Broadly speaking, the more colors you select, the best resemblance your custom paint by numbers will have with your original picture.
With the help of specific softwares, our designers will scan your image and select a color palette to create your custom canvas. The more colors they can choose, the more details and pigments they will be able to add on your custom pattern.
